 It’s time to sit back, relax and forget about what is going to happen. No need to run and burn down; there has been enough of toiling done and it’s time to shut down the engines and let the system cool down.

It all starts with a small objective and we start to work towards meeting the objective. Irrespective of whether or not we meet the objective, our body and mind is constantly at work; eventually we reach a state when all we are doing is burning down.

 

When we start to burn down we would tend to show the following symptoms.

-          - Not being able to focus.

-         -  Heightened anxiety level.

-         Heightened Blood Pressure.

-          - Reduced concentration.

-          - Reduced Patience.

-          - Reduced listening skills.

-          - Low objectivity.

The above symptoms tend to have the following effects:

-          - Reduced quality of work.

-          - Reduced interpersonal skills due to irritating nature.

The above effects will in turn take the person back to Square one because:

-          - The reduced quality of work brings lesser profits and negative growth.

-          - Reduced interpersonal skills will make a person loner because no one will like his\her Company.

Therefore, burning yourself after a certain limit will start doing you more harm than good. Either, one has to be very diligent in knowing when he\she has started over burning and stop further burning or if burning oneself has become a habit then corrective actions need to be taken immediately.

Just a clarification: People who do not do work also tend to burn up because at the end of the day they too have to apply a great deal of MIND in finding ways to do away by not doing anything and that is also stressful.:)

What’s Next?

-          - Need to say NO to things when one starts burning more.

-          - Need to recharge oneself after every burn down.

-          - Need to rebalance brain waves by listening to relaxation music.
