Quick tips for a Healthy Life style

All of us strive for health, prosperity and happiness. We all try to keep ourselves healthy, by eating good food, by exercising etc.Inorder to keep our self happy, we try to maintain a good lifestyle too.

I would like to share with you few tips which will help you in maintaining a heathly lifestyle.

 

Keep yourself active

Staying active means, keep yourself busy with some kind work .Keep your body busy.

Instead of sleeping till late morning ,get up and exercise. After your dinner, do not sit and watch TV, instead go out and take a walk, or discuss a good topic with your family. Try to read or play a game  on internet rather than checking our mail,orkut,facebook again and again.

Instead of taking a lift, try taking a staircase whenever you have time .Try to walk your way to grocery store instead of taking a car always. This will help you to keep your body active.

 

Build your relationship

Life without friends and family is definitely lonely. So spend quality time with your loved ones, give them required support, appreciate them ,value and respect them ,this will help you in building healthy and peaceful relationships.

Also try to spend time with people with positive and supportive outlook, this will help in your personal development.

 

Sleep well

Sleep is definitely the most important for our body. Seven to eight hours of proper sleep is essential. It strengthens and supports the immune system, consolidates memories and keeps hormones in check..A good sleep will make you feel fresh and energetic for rest of the day.

 

Release your stress

Releasing stress is important in order to stay healthy and happy. Laugh, spend time with loved ones, take a bath, go for a run......watch a cartoon film, anything that helps you to release the built-up tension in your life.

 

 

Live with Purpose

Purpose doesn’t have to require your being superwoman, but it does require that you live life with intent and with meaning. Without purpose in life, we tend to wander. This can eat away at our self-esteem and even be a source of depression.

Whether you find a hobby that you are passionate about, volunteer to help others in need, or dedicate your life to raising your family, finding purpose in your life will be important to your mental well-being. Take time to enjoy all that life has to offer and seize opportunities that come your way.

 

Drink water

Water helps our bodies flush toxins, it carries nutrients to cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues, it keeps our blood clean and skin soft and stretchy, it cools you down when you become overheated, and it is an important part of proper digestion. To stay hydrated, it is best to drink water
